Preparing for the SV-ONE Registry Transition

The new SV-ONE Registry will launch later this fall! Data entry access to the NPC-QIC and FON Legacy Registries will now end on Friday, Sept. 25 to give care centers additional time to prepare for the registry transition. 

We hope this extension will allow centers to complete outstanding data entry, address open queries, and finalize any updates ahead of the migration to the new SV-ONE Registry.  

Only data entered by Sept. 25 will be transferred to the new registry. Any updates, unresolved queries, or corrections not completed by this date will need to wait until the new registry is live.

Take Action Before Sept. 25:

  • Complete SV-ONE legal and regulatory onboarding if you have not already.

  • Complete any outstanding data entry.

  • Review and resolve open queries in the NPC-QIC and FON Legacy Registries.
