SV‑ONE Enrollment for New Care Centers Starting Soon
Enrollment is opening soon for care centers interested in joining the Single Ventricle Outcomes Network (SV-ONE) beginning July 2026. We welcome cardiology care centers that are committed to improving outcomes for patients with single ventricle heart disease to join SV-ONE. Whether your center sees many or a few single ventricle patients, your insights and engagement are critical to the network’s success.
Our SV-ONE community of pediatric and adult congenital heart programs includes:
Individuals with single ventricle heart disease and their families
Cardiologists, surgeons, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators
QI leaders, data managers, and clinical researchers
SV-ONE members gain exclusive benefits, including access to the network’s comprehensive lifespan registry for individuals with SVHD, real-time data dashboards, impactful resources and interventions, and opportunities to lead and collaborate on network-wide quality improvement projects and research.
