We encourage care center members, individuals with SVHD and their families to share achievements— big or small, personal or professional, that we can highlight during the Spring 2026 Virtual Learning Session! We would love to see a fun photo of yourself, family, or care center team to include in the recognition and help bring your story to life!

Here are a few examples of highlights that deserve celebration:

• A personal milestone or achievement

• A story showcasing community building and engagement at your care center

• An application of SV-ONE tools or resources (e.g., toolkits, interventions)

• An improvement in outcomes
